All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for a full refund or exchange.

Footwear must also be accompanied by the original dust bag or box in its original condition.

All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

LEHA reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged.

Returns must arrive at LEHA studio within 14 days of the original order date.

Any returns postmarked more than 14 days from the delivery date are ineligible for return and will not be processed.

The cost of any return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed with 10 days.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned.

Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

We accept items in new condition (without the smell of perfume) with original tags attached for a full refund.

Please e-mail us ( within 7 days of receiving your order with the product name and reason for return.

Then you have 14 calendar days from order date to postmark your items to return.

You can send your return back to us directly using your preferred courier service. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Your refund will be credited it the same credit card used to make the purchase.
